Leicester Planning Commission Meeting Tuesday, June 28, 20176:02 P.M.*Unapproved*** See subsequent minutes for any changes Members Present: Donna Swinington, Jeff McDonough, Bill Shouldice Absent: Peter Fjeld, Suki Fredericks Others Present: Julie Delphia, Diane Benware, Sandra Trombley, Secretary Call to Order/Roll Call: Meeting called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Chair and roll call. Review Agenda: Reviewed agenda. Approval of Minutes June 14, 2017: Motion by Jeff and second by Bill to approve minutes of June 14, 2017 as written. All in favor. So, approved. New Business: Working Session Revising Town Plan: Board brought Julie and Diane up-to-date with where the Board was at with reviewing the plan. The Board continued reviewing the Plan page by page. The goal for the next meeting on July 12th is to review all current recommended actions and come up with new recommended actions for the next five years. Language is needed for Energy, Flood and Organic Agriculture. By the end of July, the Board is hopeful to have the energy wording. Julie explained the processes and the significance of adopting a plan on time. Diane will contact Adam at Addison County Regional Planning with questions for our timelines.
