Permit Application 16-10-ZBA for Variance and Setback Waiver. Parcel # 202139, Lake District I, Applicant: Julie S. Keeler, 64 Sage Court, Leicester, Vermont.
Keeler’s asked Kate Briggs to represent them due to a death in the family. Kate explained the very small lot size. Kate researched this both with Regional Planning and the Vermont League of Cities and Towns about this lot being less than 1/8th of an acre. They are replacing a small house with an even smaller house. There is one bedroom. The Keeler’s have already gotten all the State approvals.
Discussion about dimensions on the application.
Kate shared photographs of the property and building.
