Call to Order & Roll Call: Called the Planning Commission Meeting to order at
Reviewed Agenda.

Could not approve minutes because there was not a quorum.
Old Business:
Updates:
Kate could not be here. Kate reported to Donna that her contact has not finished the questionnaire. Deb Miner has gone away for three weeks, so the web-site is not done. Kate plans to have it all together before Town Meeting. Kate is dealing Kevin at Regional Planning for maps and graphs. Kate has also contacted the
Board thought the meeting with the Selectboard was great. They would like to see it happen more often.
New Business:
Clarification of Fees:
The Selectboard needed clarification on the costs if someone violated two different permits. The Board would recommend doubling the highest fee.
ZBA Hearings:
ZBA Application’s for Sweeney and Komesar were given to Donna and Jeff. Hearing on
