Members Present: Donna Swinington, Chair, Peter Fjeld, Kate Briggs
Absent: Bethany Menkart, Tim Johnson, Jeff McDonough
Others Present: Claire Tebbs, Planner ACRPC, Dave Tebbs, Sandra Trombley, Secretary
Purpose of the Meeting:
The Planning Commission invited participation of local citizens and organizations for an informal interactive working session to get public input and begin the process of updating and re-writing their Town Plan.
Claire Tebbs, Planner from Addison County Regional Planning Commission and her husband Dave attended to help with the interactive process.
The PC was available to answer questions, as well as Claire Tebbs from ACRPC.
This was an interactive process with four stations.
· Station 1 Community Mapping – Identifying Assets and Concerns
· Station 2 Character Details of Leicester
· Station 3 Sample ordinances
· Station 4 Your Future Vision of Leicester
Each citizen participated at each station to give their feedback.
Meeting adjourned at 8:05 p.m.
