Delphia Chair called meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.Discussion ensued about the damaged sanding equipment and the possibility of purchasingnew equipment. Review of year-to-date expenses. Motion by Tom, second by Brad, to approve funds to repair the damaged sander. Motion passed unanimously. Motion by Brad, second by Tom, to approve purchase of Swenson spreader, at a cost of approximately $8,600, funds to come from Equipment Fund; motion passed unanimously. No action taken after discussion of individuals removing sand from the pile. Brad is going to donate a light, which will be placed on the sand shed in the near future. Motion by Brad, second by Ron, to purchase a floor jack, at a cost of $107.00; motion passed unanimously.
