ACTR (Addison County Transit Resources)
ACTR is Addison County’s non-profit community transportation provider. Leicester residents can access ACTR’s services including: Shuttle bus service to Rutland and Middlebury via the Rutland Connector route and free Dial-a-Ride program. The park and ride at Leicester’s town hall can be used to take the bus or share a ride. ACTR’s mission is to enhance the economic, social and environmental health of the region by providing mobility options that are safe, reliable, accessible and affordable for everyone.
