Call to Order/Roll Call:
 
Meeting called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Chair and roll call.
 
Review Agenda:
 
Agenda Reviewed. Noted that Agenda stated the meeting was at Leicester Senior Center from a prior template and corrected to Town Office.
 
Added Wellarkes appeal to Old Business.
 
Approval of Minutes of March 10, 2015:
 
Motion by Jeff and second by Donna to approve minutes of March 10, 2015. All in favor. So approved.
 
New Business:
 
Permit Application #1-15-ZBA for Elizabeth Herrmann for Komesar & Carn Hearing:
 
Peter read the procedures and swore in Elizabeth Herrmann, applicant/representative of Lloyd Komesar and Maureen Carn.
 
Board reviewed the permit application, permit amendment plan and plot plan.
 
Findings of Fact for Zoning Bylaw Section 363 Waivers: Lloyd Komesar & Maureen Carn #212120, 2450 Lake Dunmore Road
