Zoning Board of Adjustment MeetingTuesday, July 14, 20156:00 P.M.*Unapproved*** See subsequent minutes for any changes Members Present: Chair Peter Fjeld, Donna Swinington, Jeff McDonough, Bill Shouldice Others Present: Mary Anne Sullivan, Julie Delphia, Sandra Trombley, Secretary Call to Order/Roll Call: Meeting called to order at 7:55 p.m. by Chair and roll call. Review Agenda: Agenda reviewed. Approve minutes of June 30, 2015: Motion by Donna and second by Bill to approve minutes of June 30, 2015. All in favor. So approved. New Business: Review Permit Application: Sandy presented a newly updated permit application with minor changes and corrections to the Board. Mary Anne had some concerns about the permit application form with suggestions about what should be on the form. Peter asked her to come back with her suggestions to the next meeting. The permit application form approval was tabled until next meeting. Mary Anne had questions/concerns about the process once a permit application is approved by the Board. Julie and Sandy explained the process that happened from the ZBA meeting in June. Clarification of Processes: Sandy asked for clarification on the process of warning in the newspaper. The process of the Board has always been to warn any permit application going before the ZBA; in the newspaper. If it is not required to warn waivers; does the Board want to continue to do so or stop the practice? Peter thought this should be a question to ask of the Selectboard, how they would like the Secretary to proceed in the future.
