Call to Order/Roll Call: Meeting called to order at 6:08 p.m. by Chair and roll call.
 
Review Agenda: Reviewed agenda
 
Approval of Minutes of May 26, 2015:
 
Motion by Jeff and second by Bill to approve minutes of May 26, 2015. All in favor. So approved.
 
There is a public hearing for:
 
Permit Application 05-15-ZBA Applicant Stefanie Wilbur for The Lazy Dog Farm, 2984 Leicester Whiting Road, Leicester, Vermont Parcel # 050019 Zoning District RA.
 
Chair read the procedures and warning. There were no conflicts of interest on the Board.
 
Robert Quesnel, brother-in-law of applicant was at the hearing to represent the applicant, who was out of the country. He was sworn in.
 
No interested parties have contacted the secretary.
 
Chair asked the applicant’s representative to present their proposal.
 
Mr. Quesnel explained that they purchased the house with the intent to make it into two one-bedroom apartments. It is the same footprint. The downstairs will be for Jesse’s mother and the farm hand will be in the upstairs apartment.
 
The Board had no further questions.
