Planning Commission Meeting Tuesday, October 27, 20157:00 P.M.*Unapproved*** See subsequent minutes for any changes Members Present: Donna Swinington, Chair, Peter Fjeld, Jeff McDonough Members Absent: Bill Shouldice Others Present: Diane Benware, Sandra Trombley, Secretary Call to Order/Roll Call: Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Chair and roll call. Review Agenda: Approval of Minutes of October 8, 2015: Motion by Peter and second by Jeff to approve minutes of October 8, 2015. All in favor. So approved. New Business: None Old Business: This meeting is a working session for the revision of the zoning regulations. Julie provided Articles 1 & 2 for tonight’s work session meeting and Articles 4 & 5 for a later meeting from the Poultney Plan. Diane informed that only one person should be the keeper of the mark-up copy. Peter will be the mark-up person and keeper. The Board went through Articles 1 & 2 and marked up the copy with changes or questions for the next meeting. Diane mentioned that there was discussion at one time that Duncan Rollanson might be interested in serving on the ZBA/PC Boards. The Board will remind Bill to contact Duncan.
