NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Leicester Development Review Board (DRB)
 
On Wednesday, October 14, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. the Leicester DRB will hold a public hearing for a proposed 3-lot subdivision located at 3256 Lake Dunmore Road, Leicester, VT.
 
Application for Parcel #202126 Randall E. Johnson Rev. Trust proposing 3 lot subdivision of a 5.27 acre parcel located on Lake Dunmore, Indian Trail and Lake Dunmore Road.  The 5.27 acre parcel is located in the Lakeshore 2 & Lakeshore 1 Zoning Districts.  Access will be from Indian Trail for Lot 1, Lake Dunmore Rd for Lot 2, and a proposed right-of-way along an existing gravel drive for Lot 3.  The application also requests a waiver to allow Lot 3 to extend into the Lakeshore 2 Zoning District.

Interested Parties are to be registered to present testimony or have submitted written testimony to the Town by 6:00 p.m. of the Hearing date or they may forfeit their right to appeal any decision of the DRB to VT Superior Court Environmental Division.
