6:05 P.M. Hearing called to order.  Purpose of this hearing was to consider granting a Section 3.7 Waiver of Setback for construction and installation of an addition on the southerly side of existing home.  Proposed addition extends the southern footprint by 6 feet beyond southernmost measurement.  Setback presently measures 48 feet; addition reduces setback to 36 feet.

Roll call was taken.  Present members of the Development Review Board (DRB): Lyndsay D’Avignon, Jeff McDonough (Chair), Donna Swinington, Jay Michael.  Present non-members: Heather Disorda (Applicant), Jason Disorda (Applicant).

Heather and Jason were sworn in by Jeff.  No conflicts of interest.

Board members assessed application sketch.  It was noted that abutting landowners were absent for the hearing.

Donna had conducted a drive-by assessment of the property and witnessed the boundaries on either side of applicant’s parcel as wooded and both abutting neighbors’ homes set back.

Lyndsay asked if the applicants had considered building behind the exiting house.  Due to land structure, building in that direction is not feasible.

Timeline was discussed.  Communication preferences were noted.

6:14 P.M. Heather and Jason were thanked for their participation and dismissed for deliberative session – Lyndsay motioned, Jay seconded, deliberation began.

Lyndsay D’Avignon motioned to approve permit 19-25-DRB as submitted with no stipulations.  Donna Swinington seconded.

Vote held by the board: aye unanimous, so approved.

6:16 P.M. Lyndsay motioned to adjourn without objection. So approved.
