Present: Members Suki Fredericks , Jeff McDonough, Jay Michael , Donna Swinington (Chair) ; Diane Benware (Selectboard Chair), Lyndsay D'Avignon (Alternate)(she/her), Julie Delphia (Town Clerk & Treasurer), Jolyon Larson (ACRPC Energy Representative)
Meeting called to order by Chair Donna Swinington, followed by roll call. Introductions were made.
Previous minutes were not read or approved for the sake of time.
Jolyon led the discussion about the EEP. Julie was prepared with questions and comments.
Lyndsay provided copies of edited Town Plan to date. Commission members have been asked to read and comment on progress.
Jeff motioned to adjourn at 8:35 p.m, Lyndsay seconded, Board approved.
