Leicester Planning Commission Meeting Minutes (ammended)
Wednesday, November 5, 2025, 6:02 p.m. Town Office
Present: Members Jeff McDonough, Jay Michael ; Donna Swinington (Chair) ; Diane Benware (Selectboard Chair), Lyndsay D'Avignon (Alternate)(she/her), Julie Delphia (Town Clerk & Treasurer)
Meeting called to order by Chair Donna Swinington, followed by roll call. Introductions were made.
Minutes of meetings on September 30, October 14, and October 28 were read aloud. Jeff motioned to approve, Jay seconded, Board approved. Jeff requested hardcopies be available. Lyndsay will try to accommodate.
Present individuals discussed Town Plan edits to date and made corrections. Jay and Julie had notes from their reviews – thank you to both of you for your time.
Next step will be a review of the energy plan if available. If unavailable, the board will continue to review the draft.
Jay motioned to adjourn at 8:00 p.m, Lyndsay seconded, Board approved.
