Minutes of Dec 9, 2025 Planning Commission Meeting

 

Present: D. Swinington, J. McDonough, J. Michael, L. D'Avignon, D. Benware (late)

 

Meeting called to order by Chair.

 

Roll call, and approval of previous minutes.

 

The Future Land Use Plan provided by Kate of ACRPC. was reviewed and language edited. 

Lyndsay provided a checklist of recommended actions for committee members to preview and to indicate which area the goal applies.

 

Julie is going to contact Adam and Jolyon of ACRPC to see what language is mandated to be in the Energy Plan.  Our inclination is to put in what is mandated and disregard the comments and expectations of advisory groups.

 

If there is no Energy Plan for review, we will meet Tuesday, Jan 6, 2026 at 6:00 p.m.
