Present: Members Jay Michael, Donna Swinington (Chair) ; Diane Benware (Selectboard Chair), Lyndsay D'Avignon (Alternate) (she/her), Julie Delphia (Town Clerk),
Present via Zoom: Jolyon Larson (ACRPC Representative)
Meeting called to order by Chair Donna Swinington, followed by roll call. Introductions were made.
Jolyon clarified the timeline for Enhanced Energy Plan (EEP) adoption. JL will provide the first draft of the EEP this evening and will attend the meeting on October 28th to review. PC will be able to review the second draft between November 4th and 11th. Assuming no further corrections will need to be made, the EEP will be on track for PC approval on November 11, 2025. Jolyon has requested the Board pay close attention to the “Priorities” and “Preferred Citing Considerations” sections of the plan, as that is where the plan will have the most local flavor. Julie requested a parcel overlay of the preferred locations maps, which Jolyon will provide.
Brief discussion of where the Town stands with MERP.
Zoning Plan will be a clearer title for the Land Use section of the Town Plan.
Areas needing further editing in the town plan were addressed and information will need updating in some sections.
