Minutes May 30, 2023 

  1. The Chair called the meeting to order. Present:  Jeff Mcdonaugh, Sarah Von Trapp, Donna Swinington and Jay Michael.  Also present:  Keith Arlund and Donavan Ward, Barnard & Gervais. LLC. 

  1. DRB reviewed the agenda and approved. 

  1. Mr. Ward presented the outline of the Dessureault Nine (9) lot Subdivision. 

  1. Motion made by Michael/second by Swinington to classify this application as a Major  
    Subdivision.  Motion passed unanimously. 

  1. There was no other business. 

  1. There was no public comment. 

  1. The meeting adjourned at 7:00 pm.
