Present: D. Swinington, J. McDonough, S. Fredericks, J. Michael, J. Delpjhia, D. Benware
Absent: L D'Avignon
Meeting called to order at 6:05 p.m. by Chair D. Swinington.
Roll call.
Review of Agenda
Approval of minutes of May 5 on a motion by J. McDonough, second by j. Michael, passed unanimously,
Julie shared revised "Welcome/intro" and corrected p. 13 re: human resources.
Katie as ACRPC responded at 5:00 p.m. today with a document that seemed to pertain to Ferrisburgh's ACRPC review. Julie will clarify with Katie.
Julie will contact Hannah about our concerns with the maps, some of which are missing titles, info, and contain incorrect info.
Our next meeting is June 9, when we hope to have corrected, complete maps, missing wording, and clarification from Katie. If all looks good at that meeting,
the plans will be forwarded to the Selectboard for their review and the adoption process will begin.
Motion to adjourn at 7:14 p.m., on a motion by J. McDonough, second by J. Michael.
