Leicester Planning Commission Meeting Minutes (unapproved)
Wednesday, November 11, 2025, 6:02 p.m. Town Office
Present: Members Jeff McDonough, Jay Michael, Diane Benware (Selectboard Chair), Julie Delphia (Town Clerk & Treasurer) Suki Fredericks
Meeting called to order by Jeff McDonough at 6:05 pm followed by roll call. Introductions were made.
Minutes of the meeting on November 5, 2025 were read. Jeff motioned to amend the minutes by removing the pronouns following attendee’s names for this and previous minutes; Jay seconded, and the Committee approved.
Present individuals discussed and edited the Town Plan beginning with the Transportation Section (Section 10) and continuing through the Scenic Resources (Section 21). Jay and Julie had notes from their reviews. Julie questioned whether we could consolidate sections 15 through 18 in an effort to reduce the document size. Diane will check with the ACRPC.
Next step will be a review of the energy plan if available and to complete the review of the final sections of the document.
Jeff motioned to adjourn at 7:40 pm, Jay seconded; the Committee approved.
