Leicester Planning Commission Meeting Minutes (unapproved)
Tuesday, June 24, 2025, 6:32 p.m. Town Office
Present: Members Suki Fredericks, Jeff McDonough, Jay Michael, Donna Swinington (Chair); Diane Benware (Selectboard Chair), Lyndsay D'Avignon (Alternate), Julie Delphia (Town Clerk & Treasurer), Adam Lougee (ACRPC)
Meeting called to order by Chair Donna Swinington, followed by roll call. Introductions were made.
Previous minutes were read. Jeff motioned to approve, Suki seconded, board approved.
Adam from ACRPC answered questions and provided an overview of the aspects of Leicester’s Town Plan that can be updated by ACRPC.
NEXT STEPS:
Members will continue to read/review the current plan and make notes, write down questions and suggestions.
NEXT MEETING: Tuesday, July 8, 2025; 6:00 PM at Leicester Town Office
Meeting adjourned at 7:49 PM, motioned by Suki, seconded by Lyndsay, Board approved.
