                          Special Selectboard Meeting
                                March 25, 2009

Present:  R. Oliver, T. Barker, R. Fiske, D. Benware (recorder)
Others: Kate Briggs, Tim Johnson, John Qulech, Ed Hansen
Absent: k. Young (sick)

Meeting called to order at 6:30 p.m. by the Chair.
Kate Briggs was interviewed by the Selectboard for the position of Zoning Administrator.

Tim Johnson was interviewed by the Selectboard for position of Zoning Administrator.

The Selectboard met with John Quelch.  
After discussion, John indicated that he was not interested
in the position of cemetery sexton nor that of Energy Coordinator.  The Selectboard accepted his resignation, with regret.

Upcoming agenda item to discuss Gus Letourneau's offer to clear brush around the cemetery for $500.00

Selectboard interviewed Ed Hansen for position of Zoning Administrator.

Tom made the motion, Ron the second to the motion, to offer the position of Zoning Administrator to Kate Briggs for the rate of $15.00 per hour.
Vote was 3 ayes (Barker, Fiske, Benware) in favor and one abstention (Oliver).

Ron made the motion to adjourn at 8:30 p.m., second by Tom.
Meeting adjourned at 8:30 p.m.
Next meeting Monday, April 6, at 6:30 p.m.
