Planning Commission Meeting Tuesday, April 26, 20166:35 P.M.*Unapproved*** See subsequent minutes for any changes Members Present: Donna Swinington, Chair, Peter Fjeld, Jeff McDonough Others Present: Julie Delphia, Sandra Trombley, Secretary Call to Order/Roll Call: Meeting called to order at 6:35 p.m. by Chair and roll call. Review Agenda: Reviewed agenda. Approval of Minutes of March 29, 2016: Motion by Jeff and second by Peter to approve minutes of March 29, 2016 as written. All in favor. So approved. New Business: None Old Business: Reviewing Zoning Regulations: Julie reported she has not received anything from Adam, to date. Julie shared Section 4.2 Access, Driveways and Parking with the Selectboard changes. Julie sent this to Adam. Julie explained the verbiage about right of ways. Julie provided a note from Mary Anne where she shared a couple of issues about driveways and display of outdoor items/large items. The Board stated that this would be a Selectboard decision. Julie will bring this to the Selectboard on May 2nd. The Board agrees there should be a time limit on length of time a large item can be displayed for sale. Board agreed to one year. Mary Anne is concerned with the regulations changing during the busy time of the summer. The Board is not opposed to moving the implementation of the new regulations out to September or October. Julie will let Sandy know if Adam has finished the legal review to determine whether the PC will have a need to meet on May 10th.
