Zoning Board of Adjustment Meeting Tuesday, July 12, 20166:00 P.M.*Unapproved*** See subsequent minutes for any changes Members Present: Donna Swinington, Jeff McDonough, Bill Shouldice Others Present: John & Susan Oney, Mary Anne Sullivan, Sandra Trombley, Secretary Call to Order/Roll Call: Meeting called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Chair and roll call. Review Agenda: Reviewed agenda. Approval of Minutes of April 26, 2016: Motion by Jeff and second by Bill to approve minutes of April 26, 2016. All in favor. So approved. New Business: Permit application #14-16-ZBA for a waiver for landowner John Oney, 33 Sage Court, Parcel RA # 202136.1. Chair read the warning and explained procedures. There were no other conflicts of interest on the Board. No interested parties other than owners. John & Susan Oney were sworn in. John shared the survey and explained the key points. John explained that the only other place to put the shed, so they don’t have to look at it, is in back of the house. John explained that the property is triangular and this is the only place the 8 x 12 shed will fit without taking down a bunch of trees. He provided several photos as exhibits. There were no questions from the Board. Chair closed the meeting to go into deliberative session and explained that they will make their written decision within 45 days. Motion by Jeff and second by Bill to approve the application for waiver as presented with no restrictions. All in favor. So approved. Old Business: None Public Comment: None Adjourn: Motion by Jeff and second by Bill to adjourn ZBA meeting at 6:15 p.m. and go into PC meeting. All in favor. So approved.
