Special Selectboard Meeting

Present: R. Oliver, K. Young,T. Barker, R. Fiske, D. Benware (recorder)
Others: Kate Briggs, Cecile Todd
Meeting called to order at 6:30 p.m. by the Chair.
Kate presented information from a firm interested in conducting the
next-town-wide reappraisal.
Representatives from the firm will be meeting tomorrow with the Listers.
Cecile presented a letter for signature, requesting a 4 week extension on
filing the Grand List.
Work is progressing; she felt it best to have extra time if needed.
Discussion of issues facing the listers.
Discussion of work done by Jeff Smith and how it extends into the ditch.
Bob and Arlan will speak to him about having
stone and gravel removed from town right of way.
Motion to adjourn at 7:15 p.m., made by Bob, second by Ken.
Meeting adjourned at 7:15 p.m.
