Planning Commission Meeting Minutes

Members Present: Pete Fjeld, Bethany Menkart
Absent: Jeff McDonough, Donna Swinington, Chair
Others Present: Sandra Trombley, Secretary
There were not enough members to have a quorum and conduct business.
Claire Tebbs brought a draft of the revised Town Plan. She went over the draft with board members and asked clarifying questions. Claire will get draft copies to absent members. Topics discussed were:
- Water Supply Wastewater and Solid Waste
- Health & Safety
- Transportation
- Telecommunications
- Education & Child Care
- Community Buildings and Facilities
- Recreational Facilities
Discussion of maps, septic suitability maps and graphs to be added.
Claire added Action Steps to each category.
Public Opinion: No public.
Meeting ended at 7:30 p.m.
