Meeting called to order by the Chair at 9:30 a.m.

Ken presented the proposal from F. R. Lafayette for guard rails for Old Jerusalem culvert area,

with the understanding the work will be done by Dec. 31, weather permitting.

 

Board discussed options and selected the used rails for a cost of $4,548.25, with no anchors.

Tom made the motion, Bob the second, to approve the used rails for $4,548.25 and motion passed unanimously.

Chair signed on behalf of board.  Chair included message about needing to have the road open before 7:30 a.m.

and by 3:30 p.m. if work is done on a school day. Town needs to provide traffic control.  Discussed possibility

of closing the road for the day.  Julie faxed the document  to F. R. Lafayette for the board.

Meeting adjourned on a motion by Tom, second by Ken, at 9:38 a.m.
