Special Selectboard Meeting

Present:  T. Barker, R. Oliver, K. Young, R. Fiske, D. Benware (recorder)

Others:  J. Delphia

 

Meeting called to order at 9:30 a..m. 

Agenda reviewed:

1.  Culvert grant paperwork complete.  Total spent was $62,282,96.  We are eligible for 90% of the cost to come from the grant.

All info was gathered for Tom Roberts and all 5 board members signed the cover page to be submitted for reimbursement.

 

2.  Guard rails:  Yes, we will need them due to the slope of the shoulder and the lack of trees and fence posts.  Sfter discussion, Ken was appointed to contact FR Lafayette to come down and review the site to make recommendations for us.

 

3.  Executive Session:  Motion to go into Executive Session, made by Tom at 9:47 a.m. for a personnel issue.  Second by Ken, passed unanimously.  Motion to come out of Executive Session at 9:52 a.m., no action taken, second by Ken.  Passed unanimously.

 

Motion by Tom to adjourn at 9:52 a.m., second by Ken.  Meetign adjourned at 9:52 a.m.

 

Next meeting Tues., Nov. 8, as the Selectboard will be at Ilsley Library, at 6:00 p.m. on the 7th, for the Sec of State Transparency Tour meeting. (6-8 p.m.)
