Special Selectboard Meeting
Monday, June 30, 2025

Present: Diane Randall, Rom Barker, Diane Benware

The meeting was called to order by the Chair at 6:18 p.m., at the conclusion of the Board of Abatement hearing.
The Pledge of Allegiance was recited and the agenda was reviewed.
A motion to go into Executive Session to discuss possible civil litigation and prosecution was
made at 6:19 p.m. by Diane Benware, second by Diane Randall, so moved.
A motion to come out of Executive Session was made by Tom, second by Diane Randall, at 6:32 p.m., so moved, no action taken.
Meeting adjourned on a motion by Diane Randall at 6:32 pm, second by Tom.
Next meeting is Monday, July 7, 2025, at 6:30 p.m.
