Meeting called to order by Chair at 6:30 p.m.
Agenda reviewed.
Motion by John to go into Executive Session for possible legal matter at 6:30 p.m, second by Tom, passed unanimously.
Motion by Brad, at 7:10 p.m. to come out of Executive Session, second by Tom, passed unanimously. No action taken.
Motion to adjourn by Tom, second by John at 7:10 p.m.
