Zoning Board of Adjustment MinutesTuesday, June 25, 20136:00 P.M. *Unapproved* ** See subsequent minutes for any changes Members Present: Peter Fjeld, Chair, Jeff McDonough, Bill Shouldice Members Absent: Donna Swinington, Connie Carroll Others Present: Sandra Trombley, Secretary, Sue Stroud-Speyers Call to Order/Roll Call: Meeting called to order at 6:04 p.m. by Chair and roll call. Review Agenda: Introductions were made. Chair read the public warning and the meeting process that would be conducted. There were no conflicts of interest and/or Ex Parte communications by Board members. Chair swore in parties that would be giving testimony. No letters, emails or calls from interested parties. Bill Shouldice went on record to say he knows the Schneider’s well; and delivered their permit application to the Town Office because they were out of town. Permit Application 20-13-13-ZBA Applicant & Landowners Richard & Jaime Schneider, 2283 Hooker Road, Leicester, Vermont Parcel # 202001, Zoning District L2, front yard setback waiver. Richard and Jaime Schneider presented their application for a new porch. Bill Shouldice knows the property and referenced the photo. Chair explained that after the meeting they will go into deliberative session and the Board has 45 days within which to issue a written decision. Schneider’s will be notified. Permit Application 21-13-ZBA Applicant Michael Lennon/Dara Altman, 664 Indian Trail, Leicester, Vermont Parcel #202111, Zoning District L1, setback waiver. No interested parties were present to offer information. No letters, emails or calls from interested parties. The Board reviewed the application for a setback waiver for a shed. Sue Stroud-Speyers offered that she took pictures for Kate; as the shed already had been built. This was built without a permit. Findings of Fact: Richard & Jaime Schneider Votes by Board
