Planning Commission Meeting MinutesTuesday, May 13, 20146:00 P.M.*Unapproved*** See subsequent minutes for any changes Members Present: Donna Swinington, Chair, Peter Fjeld, Jeff McDonough Members Absent: William Shouldice Others Present: Sandra Trombley, Secretary Call to Order/Roll Call: Meeting called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Chair and roll call. Review Agenda: Reviewed agenda Approval of Minutes of April 29, 2014: Motion by Jeff and second by Peter to approve minutes of April 29, 2014. All in favor. So approved. New Business: Donna read letter of resignation from Leicester’s Zoning Administrator, Kate Briggs, effective June 15, 2014. She stated that she has enjoyed working with the PC and ZBA, but would like to spend more time with her family. Kate is more than happy to continue working on the revisions of the zoning by-laws if the PC and Selectboard would like her to do so. She summarized the status of the by-laws. Peter will resend his email to Kate with the revisions of the definitions. Donna will contact Diane in regard to pursuing a new zoning administrator. Peter wondered if it would be useful to get the by-laws on the office computer and make the revisions here. Perhaps another user could be put on the computer in the office for the Zoning Board. Sandy will check with Julie in regard to what users can be put on the office computer. Public Comment: None Motion by Peter and second by Jeff to adjourn PC at 6:25 p.m. All in favor. So approved.
