Noise Ordinance

Discussion:  The issue of a noise problem occurring at 3113 Lake Dunmore Road.  Various drivers on motorcycles are driving their motorcycles up and down the road continuously while “revving” their engines, which is causing a great amount of noise disturbance to those residing on Lake Dunmore road.  The drivers of the motorcycles have also been tearing up the grass on the residents’ property as well as the road and calling out to the residents with various rude remarks. Could the town look into a noise ordinance?
