Meeting called to order by the chair at 7:03 p.m.
Pledge of Allegiance was recited.
Agenda was reviewed.
Approve Minutes of April 2, 2007
Action: John McDonough made a motion to approve the minutes, Tom Barker made the second, motion passed unanimously.
Review and sign orders for bill payments

New Business
Noise Ordinance
Discussion: The issue of a noise problem occurring at
Action: Tom Barker made a motion to contact the sheriff and request that patrols be made several times per shift as increased sheriff presence would most likely deter the unwanted behavior. John McDonough seconded. Motion passed, 5 ayes and 0 nays.
Diane Benware will contact the sheriff.
Town grader
Discussion: The grader may not be ready when the roads are. John McDonough stated that it is not going to be Arlan’s fault. John McDonough will contact Herb and Diane Benware will contact Elwood Martin and Fielder. Questions that will be asked are they interested or available and how much are they seeking per hour. Bob Oliver suggested the possibility of selling the truck. The discussion was if the truck was not going to be used then to sell it. Tom Barker clarified that it would not be used at this time. A unanimous vote of 5 ayes and 0 nay was passed to place the truck up for sale for $5500 or best offer. Diane Benware will place the ad.
Green Up Day
Discussion: Green Up Day is May 5, 2007 from 1-3pm. Mary Hughes stated that she had items such as the paper boats for the hot dogs and napkins; discussions were who would bring grills or a hot dog steamer and where the placement of these items would be.
Discussion: A $425 bid was presented by Lem for garbage pickup. Motion passed, 5 ayes, 0 nays.
Bridge Structure Report

Discussion: Where should the Honor Roll be placed?

There have been two more complaints about the Coon’s property, which has now gotten even worse after the storm.
Town office
Donna brought up that the door lock to the office can be re-keyed but someone would have to stay in the office while this was done.
