Planning Commission Meeting Minutes

Members Present: Shelley Glassner, Gerry Flint, Donna Swinington, Chair
Members Absent: Heidi Schuerger
Others Present: Sandra Trombley, Secretary
Call to Order & Review Agenda: Meeting called to order at 6:03 by Chair and roll call.
Committee Reports:
Grant: Donna reported that she had not heard anything from Elizabeth Golden on the Grant. She will place a call to Addison County Regional Planning.
Old Business:
Donna reported that Heidi has resigned and we need two new members. PC would like to see one new alternate as well. Discussion of possible candidates for the position.
Heidi’s file folder was returned and will be housed in the Town’s metal file cabinet.
New Business: None
Moved to ZBA. Motion by Gerry to cancel ZBA meeting of Tuesday, February 24, 2009 unless something comes up between now and then. Seconded by Shelley. All approved.
Sandy will remind Ron of PC meeting of March 11th.
Approve Minutes: No minutes for review.
Motion to adjourn by Shelley. Seconded by Gerry. So approved. All in favor.
