Minutes of meeting
Meeting was called to order at 6:00 PM.
Present: Ron Fiske, Andrew Van Benthuysen, Gerald Flint, Michele Pfenning-Carter
Applicants sworn in.
Raymond & Theresa Churchill, Cathy Molloy& John Ebert heard for a set back waiver and variance for a boundary adjustment. No public comment. Set back waiver and variance granted.
David Colander setback waiver continued until April 24, 2007 meeting. Will renotify Neil & Kathy Mackey Conditional use permit for Dunmore Acres. Public comment was concerned about the lateness of the commercial events and the water safety of those using the boat. Due to the facility having a new buyer more information is needed to make a decision. ZBA went into deliberative session and more information is needed.
The ZBA was adjourned for the Planning commission to hear from Jeff Owen from the Regional Planning Office. The lengthy discussion pertains to the grant for the Leicester/Salisbury Lake Survey. Roads, irrigation, drainage into the lakes etc… Cindy Hill present at this discussion.
No new business. Meeting adjourned at 9:00 PM.
