LAND RECORDS RESEARCH

WE CAN SUPPORT SEARCHES BACK TO AT LEAST 1972 REMOTELY!
 
Click HERE to find the unrecorded daybook, survey index, grantor and grantee index from 2008 - present, mobile home BOS index, grand list, lister cards, tax bills, and a link to our online land records. 
 
Online land records are indexed back to at least 2008, but available to view online back to 1947. If you require indexes prior to 2008, we can scan and email the card index (1972-2007) for the name you are searching.  Please email your request to townclerk@leicestervt.gov.
